Cocktail Reviews
Green Grace – $14
Honeydew, Lemon, Sake
This has a peachy apple taste that’s sweet and cuts through signs of alcohol, making it a dangerous cocktail. The sake is present, but the fruity flavors make you forget it’s there. The sweetness doesn’t taste artificial, even though you would expect that from the electric neon color. It’s impressive.

Sora Sky – $14
Peach Syrup, Yuzu
The Sora Sky tastes like soap, or cleaning supplies but with an earthy, fragrant aftertaste. The color doesn’t help much either. There’s certainly a palate out there for this drink. If you like very fragrant tasting drinks, you would really enjoy it, but sake haters would not like this because the taste is not hidden and it’s more earthy.

Haru Pink – $14
Watermelon, Lemon Juice
We loved this. It’s definitely our favorite of the three. It tasted like pink Jolly Ranchers meets sake, in the best way. The watermelon and lemon pair perfectly. It’s kind of like a hard lemonade but easier on the throat. The watermelon helps smooth everything.
