Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks will once again be open simultaneously during the summer.
Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach Operating Simultaneously
As previously announced, Typhoon Lagoon will close for refurbishment and Blizzard Beach will reopen in February. Both parks will then be open at the same time from May 26 through September 8, 2026. This coincides with Cool Kids’ Summer offerings throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including a new Diamond Horseshoe show for the first time in 20 years.
During these dates, guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel can enjoy free admission to a water park on their check-in day. Read about more hotel deals and discounts.
Since 2019, the water parks mostly alternated opening timeframes. They were open simultaneously for the first time in five years last summer.
