According to Bloomberg, BDT &MSD Partners LLC is close to a deal in which they would acquire the Four Season Resort on Walt Disney World property.
Four Seasons Acquisition

BDT & MSD Partners LLC is an investment firm that aims to acquire two Four Seasons Resorts in both Orlando, Florida and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The total cost for both would amount to more than $1 billion, with the Florida property valued at roughly $750 million.
Host currently owns both properties, paying $610 million for the Orlando Four Seasons in 2021 and $315 million for the Jackson Hole location in $315 million. The investment company has purchased other Four Seasons properties in the past.

The article was not clear on whether the Golden Oak Four Seasons residencies will be part of the sale. The Four Seasons neighborhood expansion was announced earlier in 2024. The project by HHR FSO LAND LLC is located in Golden Oak’s new Florian Park, the enclave features nine boutique homes and 31 luxe residences in a mid-rise tower. Prices for the Four Seasons Private Residences start at +$5 million. Interested parties can fill out the sales discovery form to make a sales appointment.
