The Lunar New Year festival at Disney California Adventure is underway and guests can easily sample a variety of menu items with a Sip and Savor Pass.
Lunar New Year Sip and Savor Passes – $49 each

There are three Sip and Savor Passes, each with a limited edition, collectible design paying homage to either Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean cultures. We received the Horace Horsecollar pass.

They feature Disney characters in culturally inspired outfits designed by artist Ann Shen. The other two passes feature Goofy and Clarabelle, as well as Mickey and Minnie.

Each pass includes six digital coupons that you can redeem for select food and non-alcoholic beverages at participating Lunar New Year Marketplaces and dining locations. This way, you only have to pay once (for the pass) to enjoy multiple menu options.
You can also order from any marketplace for any marketplace. In other words, you can order items from multiple marketplaces at one spot. You’ll get a receipt with all your items and then can visit each marketplace to pick up your items without waiting in line.
When using your pass, let a cast member know and they will scan it. Then you enter the 4-digit code on your pass to finish checking out.
Note that menu items redeemable with a Sip and Savor Pass are served in tasting-size portions rather than full entrees. They are not available through mobile order. Any Sip and Savor Pass designated item ordered via mobile order will be full-size and is not redeemable with the pass.

Sip and Savor Passes can be purchased at these locations:
- Elias & Co.
- Festival Gifts
- Julius Katz & Sons
- Lunar New Year Marketplaces
- Seaside Souvenirs
- Sip and Savor Cart
Magic Key holders may purchase a Sip and Savor pass for the discounted price of $46. To receive the Magic Key holder price, a valid photo ID and a Magic Key pass must be shown upon purchase.
All Sip and Savor Passes expire when the festival ends on February 22, 2026.
