The soundstage housing The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been fully repainted to match the rest of the updates to Animation Courtyard. The courtyard closed last fall to be reimagined.
Little Mermaid Soundstage Painted

The soundstage was previously shades of gray. Now the walls are light beige and the corner columns are a darker color. The wall facing the courtyard was painted in November, as was the Disney Jr. soundstage.

Work began on the outer wall, facing the front of the park, last week. It has now been completely painted, along with the corner columns.

The corner columns of the Disney Jr. soundstage are a lighter beige color. Concept art of the reimagined courtyard shows the buildings with different color schemes.

The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure remains open during construction work. The rest of the courtyard will reopen this summer with the new version of The Magic of Disney Animation replacing Star Wars: Launch Bay and the new show Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! in the Disney Jr. soundstage.
