Disney Store has a new Minnie Mouse Gem-Studded Ear Headband by BaubleBar. It features Minnie’s signature polka dots on the bow and ears.

It has padded faux leather ears, which are studded with faceted black and white gem studs. The red faux leather bow also has the same gem studs.
There are no gems on the back of the bow or ears.
