After announcing a reopening delay in September 2025, the Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel will finally reopen!
Reopening Date

The Grand Californian’s award-winning signature restaurant will reopen for guests on February 6, 2026. Reservations will open on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, no sooner than 9 a.m. PST.
Dining Experiences and Atmosphere

Guests visiting this signature dining location will be met with a fully renovated experience with intimate seating, a new bar area, and even a fireplace for a cozy, but luxurious, atmosphere.

Although this is a fine dining location at Disneyland Resort, reservations are not required, and walk-ins can be accommodated when space is available.
Main Dining Room and Outdoor Terrace

For those dining in the main dining room or the outdoor terrace, there will be a seasonal prix fixe menu. Napa Rose also offers custom wine pairings for the meal as an add-on. A brand new children’s menu will debut upon reopening as well.
Chef’s Counter and Private Dining Room

Up to 18 guests also have the option to book a space at the Chef’s Counter for a unique look into Napa Rose’s exhibition kitchen. With this experience, the chefs personalize each course. Reservations for this experience can be made on the restaurant’s website.
Napa Rose will also debut a fully renovated private dining room, which can accommodate up to 16 guests. Bookings can be made by contacting the restaurant.
Menu Highlights

Culinary director of signature dining Chef Andrew Sutton worked with Napa Rose Executive Chef Clinton Chin on a creative new menu. The dishes are a nod to California wine country cuisine while also utilizing seasonal ingredients.

As for desserts, those were the creation of Executive Pastry Chef Jorse Sotelo and Pastry Chef Nubia Renteria. Together, these two bring over 25 years of experience with Disneyland Resort.

Some of the highlights include Beef Tartare. The tartare is topped with Ostera caviar. Guests can also order a Bone Marrow Custard or Laughing Tiger, which is a new take on the fan-favorite Smiling Tiger Salad.

Guests will also be able to enjoy American Wagyu N.Y. strip, Oak Forest Mushrooms, or Sorpresine Pasta with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter. For dessert, a few of the options will include Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux or an Elevated and Reminiscent Valrhona Chocolate Bar.
