She’s Penny Proud, she’s cute, and she’s loud, and she’s coming to Disney Channel Nite! For the first time, guests can meet Penny at the parks.
Penny Proud at Disneyland
Disney Parks announced that Penny Proud from The Proud Family will be available to meet at Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite. Guests will also be able to meet other fan favorites such as Kim Possible and Lilo & Stitch.
The street show “High School Musical – ZOMBIES Pep Rally” will perform during the event as well. Guests can dance along with “DescenDANCE” by the Rivers of America, and enjoy the concert-style show “Disney Channel Rocks” with hit songs from the channel’s most popular movies and shows.
“Camp Rock Sing-Along” at The Golden Horseshoe is another event offering, along with Disney Channel backgrounds. New this year is High School Musical, which joins other popular Disney Channel-inspired scenes such as Hannah Montana, That’s So Raven, Lizzie McGuire, and more.
Disney Channel Nite Specialty Food
Disney Channel Nite comes complete with themed specialty food offerings. These treats are only available during the after hours event. Some of this year’s specialties include:
- Loaded dino nuggies at Red Rose Taverne, The Golden Horseshoe, and Stage Door Café
- Ice cream naco at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor (New)
- Agent P churro at Churros near Sleeping Beauty Castle, Churros near Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, and Churros near Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (New)
A special menu will also be available at River Belle Terrace. Reservations are highly recommended.
Disney Channel Nite Merchandise
During the event, guests can also purchase a few exclusive pieces of merchandise themed to Disney Channel Nite. These include a light-up headband, a hoodie, and a trading pin.
Disney Channel Nite Dates and Tickets
This after hours event will be held on April 12, 14, and 16, 2026. Tickets go on sale soon! Inspire Magic Key pre-sale begins February 3, Magic Key pre-sale on February 4, and General sale on February 5.
