Raising Cane’s opened at Universal CityWalk Hollywood last month, taking over the former Dongpo Kitchen location.

The building now has a brick façade with red neon stripes and metal trims. A giant red and white #1 frames the main entrance. It’s accompanied by signs reading “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!” and “Chicken Fingers,” and depictions of the Cane dog mascot and Cane’s Sauce.

An awning over the outdoor seating area is topped with a giant wrap screen advertising Raising Cane’s options. There are neon signs in the windows. “Chicken Fingers” is in neon on the underside of the awning.

More outdoor seating is under the CityWalk escalator. Columns are topped with giant “drips” of Cane’s Sauce.

The brick walls continue inside with an industrial open ceiling. The tables have mismatched tops. A dog statue is on top of a circular bench seat. A disco ball that’s partially deconstructed hangs above the dog.

Raising Cane’s merchandise available for purchase includes ball caps, t-shirts, keychains, and decals.

The counter is at the back of the space below a light-up “One Love” sign. Guests can order there or at a pair of digital kiosks.

The kiosks are below a marquee-style sign reading, “Chicken so good it deserves a sequel.”

Retro Universal posters and flyers are among the memorabilia on the walls. There’s a vintage Universal Studios Hollywood poster, The Simpsons Ride ad, and E.T. poster.

Above a curved bench seat in one corner is a Raising Cane’s mural that looks like a hole has been blasted in the brick.

Insomnia Cookies and Mr. BBQ are set to open in CityWalk this year.
