Due to overwhelming demand, runDisney has announced that more 5k registrations will be available for the race season. Additional details were not provided, including the date they would open.

runDisney’s new Instagram post reads the following:
✨The magic is growing! Thanks to your incredible enthusiasm for runDisney onsite races, there will be more registration availability for 5K races across all four Walt Disney World race weekends, beginning with the 2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend! 🏃♀️🏰 Tag your training partners and start planning those magical miles!
Judging by the verbiage used, runDisney states that more registrations will be available. They did not announce any further details about when that will take place (or if it already has). Our suggestion is to continually check the website for availability if you were not able to register.
