Disneyland Resort has reduced their Merchandise Mobile Checkout offering to just World of Disney. The offering was once offered at several stores across the resort, including in both theme parks.
Disneyland Merchandise Mobile Checkout

The Merchandise Mobile Checkout menu in the Disneyland app now only displays World of Disney at Downtown Disney District. With Merchandise Mobile Checkout, guests can shop at their leisure and checkout on their phone. They then show a QR code to a cast member near the shop’s exit to confirm their purchases and get a bag.
The service was tested at World of Disney in November 2020 before expanding to include Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. It was eventually available at over a dozen locations.

But last August, Disney cut mobile checkout down to just World of Disney, the Emporium in Disneyland, and Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure. Now it is only available at World of Disney.
We don’t know the reason for the reduced service. It may be due to lack of use or technical problems.
