Orlando International Airport Shares Farewell Video Tribute to DINOSAUR

The Orlando International Airport posted a farewell tribute to DINOSAUR as the ride is set to go extinct in Walt Disney World. Its final day of operations is today, February 1.

MCO Posts Farewell to DINOSAUR

The FlyMCO account on Instagram posted the video the day before DINOSAUR’s last day of operation at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In the video, creators make DINOSAUR (MCO Edition) where a toy Time Rover rushes through the airport to catch a flight as the narrator mimics Dr. Grant Seeker’s dialog from the attraction, encountering scenes from the airport along the way.

Other “stops” include seeing a T-Rex (which is “definitely not our dino”), grabbing some fuel at Starbucks, and being sniff-attacked by an MCO Paw Pilot sporting Mickey ears.

The Time Rover then travels along the Terminal Link before finally making it just in time. See the full video below:

DINOSAUR at Animal Kingdom is set to close after the day ends today, February 1, 2026. DinoLand U.S.A. will be replaced by Tropical Americas and Pueblo Esperanza, featuring an Encanto ridecarousel, and Indiana Jones ride. Though expected to be similar to Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland Park and Tokyo DisneySea, the currently unnamed Animal Kingdom version of the ride will have a brand new story set in a Mayan temple. Indy has heard stories of a mythical creature inside the temple.
