Topiaries themed to characters from Peter Pan and more have returned ahead of the 2026 Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT. They join other character topiaries that arrived recently.
Tick-Tock Crocodile Topiary
A large green topiary of Tick-Tock the Crocodile was installed in a flowerbed filled with small, purple flowers. Tick-Tock’s tongue is bright pink, and he is excitedly looking up with a toothy grin. His tail sticks up out of the ground behind him.
Captain Hook and Peter Pan Topiaries
In the flowerbed next to Tick-Tock, Captain Hook and Peter Pan face off in a sword fight. There are multi-colored flowers beneath them.
The Captain Hook topiary depicts his iconic red coat in maroon-colored plants. His boots and hair are similarly colored, while his pointy mustache sticks out of his face. Shrubbery decorates the top of his hat to mimic feather plumage. His left hook hand is in the air, while he points his sword at Peter Pan with his other hand.
Peter Pan, on the other hand, is posed with his arms outstretched and his dagger sheathed at his waist. The topiary has green skin with green clothing, and Peter Pan is smiling at Captain Hook. Atop Peter’s head is a red feather decorating his cap.
The returning Peter Pan-themed topiaries were added to flowerbeds located in the U.K. Pavilion, across from the Rose & Crown Pub. Topiaries of Winnie the Pooh and friends were installed in this spot last year.
Panda Topiaries
At the China pavilion, a trio of panda topiaries play in the grass. There’s a mama panda and two smaller baby pandas.
Canada Flag Flowerbed
A large floral version of the Canada flag is now visible at the Canada pavilion. Geese topiaries usually accompany the flag but haven’t been installed yet.
Morocco Spice Garden
At the Morocco pavilion, crews have installed elements of the spice garden outside the restrooms. There are several blue and brown planter boxes and two tiers of orbs.
Butterfly Topiary
The yellow butterfly topiary has been installed outside the restrooms in World Celebration on the right side of Spaceship Earth.
Butterfly Garden
Speaking of butterflies, Butterfly Landing presented by AdventHealth is being installed in the park near Imagination! Pavilion. Some of the railings for the pathway are up, as well as the curtains for the exhibit. Inside, guests will “Observe a kaleidoscope of butterfly species up close in this vibrant walk-through experience.”
Other topiaries that have been added recently for this year’s festival include Phineas and Ferb, Bambi and friends, and Goofy.
The festival runs from March 4 to June 1, 2026.
