While cups of Dole Whip have been available, the iconic Disney treat is now also available in pint sizes at retail locations.
Pint-Sized Dole Whip Flavors

The three flavors in which the pints are available are pineapple, tropical guava passion, and mango. The pint size is 14 oz. Dole Whip served in the parks is a combination of a dry mix with a dairy-free soft-serve mix. It is then put through a soft-serve machine, which gives it the iconic look of a swirled frozen dessert.
Dole Whip is a soft-serve, dairy-free dessert that debuted at the Magic Kingdom in 1984. At the time, the original treat was the singular flavor “Dole Pineapple Whip” and was introduced as part of Dole’s sponsorship of the Enchanted Tiki Room.
When guests couldn’t get enough, the treat was introduced to guests at Disneyland in 1986. Nearly forty years later, this melt-resistant tropical treat remains as popular as ever, with new flavors introduced across many annual Disney Parks festivals.

Unlike traditional ice cream, Dole Whip does not contain dairy. Instead, it’s made with a plant-based soft-serve base. This gives it the same consistency as soft-serve ice cream without including milk.
