Another prop from the defunct Muppets Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been spotted in The Muppet Show revival special that debuted on ABC and Disney+ last week.

The first prop noticed in the special was a Muppet Labs sign from MuppetVision 3D, and this Easter egg was posted by X user @Shishagumi, giving credit to @GIFs_of_Puppets for the find.

Pops is the stage doorman for The Muppet Theatre and owner of the Happiness Hotel. The PizzeRizzo plaque is seen here hanging on the wall in a scene featuring him.
The plaque was formerly posted inside PizzeRizzo and honored the fictional winners of the annual Pizza Eating Contest Hall of Fame. Check out our last look at PizzeRizzo and the rest of the Muppets Courtyard.
The Muppets in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Muppets Courtyard closed permanently last summer and is being turned into Monstropolis, a new Monsters, Inc.-themed land including a door vault roller-coaster. The Muppets will still be represented in Hollywood Studios with the upcoming retheme of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, which is removing Aerosmith and adding Muppets characters and music.
‘The Muppet Show’ Special

The Muppet Show special celebrates the 50th anniversary of the original show. Depending on how the special is received, it could launch a complete revival of The Muppet Show. The special, which starred Sabrina Carpenter, was released to a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes and widespread fan acclaim.
