Restaurantosaurus Opening Early on Last Day of Operations Due to Guest Demand

Restaurantosaurus is opening 30 minutes early on February 1 due to guest demand on its last day of operation.

Restaurantosaurus

According to the Walt Disney World website, Restaurantosaurus has hours of 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on February 1, which happens to be its last day of operations. The restaurant along with the rest of the remaining sections of DinoLand U.S.A. close today to make way for Tropical Americas.

Lines were long this morning with guests wanting to experience DINOSAUR and Restaurantosaurus for the final time, so the dining location is set to open 30 minutes early at 10:00 a.m. to accommodate guest demand.

With this closure, Harambe Market will take over as the park’s burgers and chicken nuggets restaurant. Take a look at the menu. Harambe Market’s rice bowls moved to Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery, which is now open for lunch. Previously set to reopen on March 1, Harambe Market in Disney’s Animal Kingdom will now reopen on Thursday, February 5.

Pueblo Esperanza

The physical building of Restaurantosaurus will remain to be reimagined into a large hacienda, which will be one of the largest quick-service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort. It is expected to serve Colombian-inspired dishes, that Disney has been testing around Animal Kingdom.

DinoLand U.S.A has closed in stages, beginning with Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama over a year ago. Its replacement, Pueblo Esperanza will contain a  lush, sprawling space will include a fountain in the center where villagers gather and tell stories. One of the attractions will be a giant working carousel created by a woodcarver. The two other attractions will be inspired by Encanto and Indiana Jones. They’re set to debut in 2027.
