A four-night stay from April 26-30, 2026, at Disney’s Grand Floridian would cost $3,843 if booked directly. However, it was only $2,268 when booked through the DVC Rental Store. That’s a savings of $1,575 or 41% off. That makes the room roughly $567 per night rather than over $960 per night.

Submit Your Request and Security Deposit

If you find a room you’d like to confirm, just submit a reservation request form. After that, a team member from DVC Rental Store will follow up to confirm dates or place you on a waitlist while they find potential matching reservations. From there, you pay a $100 security deposit (per reservation) to hold your place, which is refunded if the reservation is unavailable.

Sign Documents and Submit Initial Payment

When a reservation is confirmed, DVC Rental Store collects an initial payment of 25% of the remaining cost. You will also sign a rental agreement. The remaining balance is due no later than 75 days before arrival. If a reservation is made less than 75 days before check-in, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
