Woody’s backside, with a visible red Levi’s tag, appears early in the spot, which is titled “Backstory” and is Levi’s first Super Bowl commercial in over 20 years.

Woody’s appearance in the ad isn’t wholly surprising, as last fall Levi’s teamed up with Disney and Pixar on a 30th anniversary Toy Story collection full of Western wear. Each item had one of six different character patches at the hem: Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bullseye, Rex, or Aliens.
