All Garden Graze Menu Items & This Year’s Completer Treat at 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

During the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, guests can participate in the Garden Graze, a plant-based food scavenger hunt. Here is a look at the items and this year’s completer prize.

Guests must purchase any five of the nine eligible festival menu items. They can get the same item multiple times, and they can complete the graze at their own pace, at any time, during the festival. When completed, they get a complimentary festival treat.

In order to participate, guests need a festival passport, which is available at the front of the park and at various merchandise locations. Details of the Garden Graze are towards the back of the passport. When purchasing an eligible menu item, guests hand their passports to the cast member, who will stamp the final page.

After getting five stamps, guests can head to Pineapple Promenade to get their completer treat.

We reviewed all the food at this year’s festival, including the Garden Graze items and the completer treat. Remember, all these items are plant-based.

Beach Grub

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob – $6
with Savory Garlic Spread and “Cheese”

Grilled Street Corn on the Cobb at EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival 2026

Though Beach Grub is a new Outdoor Kitchen, the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob is a returning item. It’s good but nothing special. It’s standard street food and we feel like there was a lack of ingenuity from Disney. We would have preferred it hot, but temperature is always a gamble with festival food. The vegan cheese is the weakest part. The seasoning is good, though.

La Isla Fresca

*NEW* Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho – $5.25
Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard, and Passion Fruit Caramel

A dessert on a square plate features a custard base crowned with a layer of dark chocolate, garnished with red sprinkles. It sits elegantly in a pool of caramel sauce, embodying the essence of a 2025 garden graze with its vibrant and inviting presentation.

The only true new food item on the Garden Graze this year is the Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho. Our group had mixed feelings about the passion fruit caramel but generally loved this. You get that fruity taste and then a rich dark chocolate. The cake is moist and perfect.

Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market

Potato Pancakes – $5.25
with House-Made Apple Sauce

Potato Pancakes at EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival 2026

This is exactly what you expect it to be, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You can taste the onion and potato. The applesauce comes through, too. We would recommend other more interesting dishes over potato pancakes but it’s still a nice option.

Refreshment Outpost

Seasonal Fruit Parfait – $7
with Sweet Chili Sauce and DOLE Whip Mango

Fruit Parfait at EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival 2026

Mango fans might like this but we weren’t impressed. The quality of the ingredients is fine.

The Citrus Blossom

Lumpia – $6
with Plant-Based Pork, Green Papaya Salad, and Yuzu Sweet-and-Sour

Three fried spring rolls rest in a paper tray next to a small cup of dipping sauce on a green patterned surface, reminiscent of the vibrant 2025 Garden Graze.

The yuzu sweet-and-sour sauce is overpowering. It has a nice kick but it’s all you end up tasting. The plant-based pork is good quality and pretty spicy on its own. This is a greasy dish.

Lemon Tart – $5
with Lemon Curd, Blood Orange Fluid Gel, Aquafaba Meringues, and Raspberry Powder

A small tart with a yellow filling, reminiscent of a 2025 garden graze, is topped with white shards sprinkled with red, elegantly presented on a white square plate.

This is pretty average for a lemon tart. It has a nice lemon curd and a soft pie crust. It’s middle of the road.

BRUNCHCOT

Avocado Toast – $6.25
with Marinated Tomatoes and Plant-Based Cheese Crumbles on Toasted Ciabatta

Avocado toast topped with cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, feta cheese, and an edible flower graces a rectangular white plate, embodying the freshness of a 2025 garden graze.

The avocado toast fell flat this year. The avocado spread felt low quality and the tomato wasn’t bursting with flavor. The cheese was fine but it was a forgettable dish.

Completer Treat

Completer Treat for Garden Graze at EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival 2026

Once we got all five of our stamps, it was time to get our completer treat. To get your treat, go to the pick-up window of Pineapple Promenade, located across from Port of Entry at the World Showcase entrance. The cast member will put a final stamp on your passport.

The completer treat this year features Vanilla and Key Lime flavored soft-serve DOLE Whip . It includes a souvenir cup, which is a plastic, stemless wine glass. “Garden Graze” is printed in large text above a series of fruits, vegetables, and flowers. “EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival” is on the other side. The cup does not feature the year, as it’s reused from 2024 for the third time.

The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival runs through June 1, 2026. Check out the Flower & Garden Festival merchandise.
