Certified Hot Price

Double or Nearly Double or Triple Points
Properties that have special points status mean that you’ll be buying more than the yearly allotment for that property. Usually, this is because the current owners have carried points over from a previous year. In the example above, the Disney’s Old Key West Resort listing buyer would receive 800 points for 2026 when the contract is for 400 points per year otherwise.
Reduced or Reduced Again
Lastly, several listings are marked as “reduced” or “reduced again.” This indicates that the listing seller has lowered the price to make it even more competitive with other available listings. These reduced prices are likely to save you money, especially on popular DVC locations.
