In the city that never sleeps, Disney is bringing more magic. At Disney Store Times Square, Disney is introducing more exclusive New York City-themed merchandise.
Disney Store Times Square
This new line of merchandise and event announcements is specifically for the Disney Store Times Square location. Disney Store also released several NYC-themed merchandise items on its website back in January. A few of these items are also available on Disney Store’s website, so we will link to them if they are.
Disney Store Times Square Exclusive Products
Disney Store Times Square is located in the heart of Manhattan, not far from the theaters of Broadway. The two-story shop includes immersive displays and Disney merchandise, with some only available at this particular shop.
Some of this merchandise includes souvenir snowglobes. One shows Minnie Mouse dressed as the Statue of Liberty. The other has an “I ❤️ NY” logo on its base, surrounded by the city skyline. Mickey is wearing an “I ❤️ NY” shirt and standing with arms wide open.
Exclusive pins are also available at this Disney Store location. That includes a pin of Minnie as Lady Liberty, seemingly in the snowglobe shown above. “New York City” sits on the base beneath her. The store will be hosting a Retro Pin Event on March 28 for any avid pin collectors in the area.
Even Disney Wishables are available with a New York City look. The store-exclusive mystery boxes are available with five potential plush inside. One is of tourist Mickey holding a hot dog, another is Minnie as Lady Liberty, a yellow taxi, a big apple wearing a Mickey ear hat, and a pizza slice with hidden Mickey pepperonis.
The ”I ❤️NY” Mickey and Minnie as Lady Liberty characters are also available in plush form at the store. According to Disney Parks Blog, Minnie as Lady Liberty is among the most popular items sold at the Disney Store Times Square.
As one of the store’s most popular characters, Minnie as Lady Liberty is also featured on this white crewneck sweatshirt. The front says “New York City” in green with a matching Minnie as Lady Liberty’s face beneath. On the back is an oversized image of Minnie as Lady Liberty in the same green.
The store also has a pullover sweatshirt with tourist Mickey as well.
A t-shirt option with Minnie as Lady Liberty is also available.
Finally, there is a keychain with Mickey as a tourist with his camera in tow, as well as a charm of “New York” and Lady Liberty.
