Missing Your Disney World Ride Photos? Scan this QR Code for Disney PhotoPass Support

It appears some Walt Disney World cast members may now be equipped with a quick, digital way of helping guests with PhotoPass issues.

Disney PhotoPass cast members appear to be equipped with this new business-card style paper slip providing guests with a QR code to access guest support.

The front of the card prominently features the QR code of note, which redirects guests to the Walt Disney World online Help Center.

More specifically, the code links to an email form that guests can fill out to categorize and direct their concern/inquiry to the appropriate branch of Walt Disney World Resort.

From here, users can select the “PhotoPass” category, which then presents a subcategory field that includes additional options shown in the image below:

Users can then fill out their personal info and details regarding their inquiry before submitting the form to the appropriate support inbox.

While the email form in the Help Center is not new itself, it is unclear if the options presented for PhotoPass support are new. The card with a QR code, however, appears to be a recent offering to help direct guests to this form.

In the past, park and resort guests at Walt Disney World could engage in person with PhotoPass cast members at certain locations or general guest services throughout the resort for assistance with their photos or related issues.

The new QR code card may be part of an effort to alleviate issues for cast members on the property and streamline the support process for guests trying to resolve PhotoPass issues.

The reverse side of the card features contact information for general guest support, including the primary support email, the main phone number, and hours of operation.
