Refurbishment Work Complete at Troubadour Tavern in Disneyland

The months-long refurbishment of the Troubadour Tavern facade at Disneyland Park appears to be complete in advance of the nearby Bluey stage show, still in-development.

Troubadour Tavern Exterior Refreshed

Since September 2025, the Fantasyland quick-service location has been undergoing a variety of external touch-ups. At various points during this period, construction walls and themed scrim have covered the restaurant’s facade. As of March 2026, all of these temporary exterior fixtures have been removed, suggesting the bulk of refurbishment work is finally complete.

Despite the missing scrim and scaffolding, the location’s sign and bunting are missing from the building, so it’s likely there are a few finishing touches still to come for the shack’s facade.

You can check out how the snack location looked in recent months below. The scrim notably featured a design that emulated the look of the actual building, albeit in a flat 2-dimensional format. The quick-service venue has remained open and operational during the refurbishment.

The refurbishment work on the venue has coincided with construction at the nearby Fantasyland Theatre in preparation for the upcoming Bluey Best Day Ever! stage show.

While we haven’t heard details yet, Troubadour Tavern will soon offer themed snacks to correspond with the new Bluey production.
