As Bluey prepares to make her debut at Disneyland this spring, we’re seeing more of her stage set taking shape in the Fantasyland Theatre.
‘Bluey’s Best Day Ever!’ Set Taking Shape

The set for Bluey’s Best Day Ever! has been steadily taking shape since the Fantasyland Theatre closed in January. Thematic walls were installed in early February, and a little over a week ago, we got our first look at some tree set pieces. Since then, more elements have been installed, including a backdrop.

Along with the trees we originally saw, which are positioned downstage and closer to the audience, more cartoony cutout trees are now visible against a fabric backdrop featuring a blue sky with white clouds.

Here’s a closer look at the tree set pieces, which are rendered in the art style of the Bluey cartoon.
A permit was also recently filed for new signage at the Fantasyland Theatre for the upcoming show.
Bluey’s Best Day Ever!

Bluey’s Best Day Ever! is scheduled to open on March 22, 2026, and continue through the year. It will bring guests into the grounds of Bluey’s school on the “best day ever.” Bluey and Bingo will appear live on stage throughout the day with a troupe of comedic actors and musicians. Guests will enjoy a school fair featuring the Grannies, Chattermax, and Unicorse. The nearby Troubadour Tavern will offer special Bluey-inspired treats.
