Crew members appear to be removing or adjusting the tension points of the Pete’s Silly Sideshow roof at Magic Kingdom. The meet and greet space closed in early January and the tent roof was removed soon after.
Pete’s Silly Sideshow Refurbishment

We haven’t been able to see much refurbishment work on the Pete’s Silly Sideshow structure. But on Wednesday, April 22, we saw multiple crew members working on the roof. They were working on the tension cords that connect the roof’s spire to outer supports and usually support the tent.

Prior to the venue’s closure, we noted the tent had significant damage. Its banners were replaced in the fall.
The neighboring Big Top Souvenirs is also closed for a similar refurbishment. Disney has not announced a reopening date for either location.
Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy are meeting outside during the closure.
