The Disneyland Monorail is now closed for refurbishment. Fencing covered by black scrim is around the Monorail station in Downtown Disney District.
Disneyland Monorail Refurbishment
The refurbishment began on March 30, 2026. Disneyland hasn’t provided an end date for the work. The calendar on the Disneyland website currently lists the Monorail as closed through at least May 17.
A sign in front of the fence lets guests know the Monorail is currently unavailable.
Guests will have to walk between Downtown Disney and Tomorrowland instead.
