REVIEW: Stitch's Ohana Grill on the Disney Adventure is the First-Ever 'Lilo and Stitch' Themed Restaurant

Stitch’s Ohana Grill is one of several quick-service restaurants available on the Disney Adventure. We review several of the offerings available here.

Aloha and welcome to Stitch’s Ohana Grill, your go-to dining spot with your family and friends—known in Hawaiian as “‘ohanas.”

Inspired by the beloved Disney film Lilo & Stitch, this Hawaiian-style eatery serves up classic American fare like juicy burgers as well as hearty sandwiches with a touch of island flair. Kick back at this relaxed beach-style hangout, decked with surfboards and raffia-grass décor—and brimming with the warm, friendly vibes of North Shore surf culture.

Stitch’s Ohana Grill is located on Deck 10 Aft in the Discovery Reef. It’s near other quick-service restaurants like Bewitching Boba & Brews and Cosmic Kebabs. During the maiden voyage, guests were required to book their return time for eating at the quick-service restaurants via the DCL Navigator app. They stopped doing it during subsequent sailings, but this process could return at any time.

While other restaurants have Lilo and Stitch (ie: ‘Ohana at Disney World’s Polynesian), this is the first restaurant that is actually specifically themed to the movie itself.

Entrance

Blending in with the rest of Discovery Reef, the exterior of Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill features a dark blue color, wood paneling on the facade, and wave-like wood structures above the windows.

The sign is in the shape of a surf board with a bite taken out of it from Stitch. He holds the portion of the sign that includes his name.

Seating Area

The interior features surfboards and other ocean design elements on the walls and ceiling. There is even greenery in between the surfboards. A lot of the tile work is reminiscent of sea shells. Posters, and little island artifacts line the walls.

Food Review

The 626 is a essentially a spicy chicken sandwich, but there is zero spice. It just tastes like a fried chicken sandwich. The dill ranch is really good, and the bun is buttery soft. We also really liked the sweet potato fries.

This is a great sandwich for a picky eater.

The Barbecue Huli-Huli Pulled Pork Sandwich is very good with the sweet, tangy barbecue sauce and large pineapple slices which give it an extra sweetness. The pork was a little chewy, but the flavor profile was really great.

The plain fries were perfectly salted, though not as good as the sweet potato fries.

Pictured above is the vegan burger, and it was so good. It does not taste vegan because of the sauce that tastes like Big Mac sauce. It’s tangy from the Aioli. The vegan cheese is one of the best we’ve had. It blows other vegan burgers out of the water. We think the patty is the weakest part of the entrée.
