Pin traders and Orange Bird fans may want to hurry over to EPCOT while the Flower & Garden Festival is still on for this limited edition meet and greet Orange Bird pin.
Orange Bird Flower & Garden 2026 Pin – $21.99

In an exclusive drop for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2026, we’ve discovered a new limited-release pin featuring the Walt Disney World Resort icon, Orange Bird.
The new pin design features a full-body portrait of the Orange Bird against a backdrop of a large, vibrant orange adorned with small white floral accents. In a bit of a departure from his standard style, the design of Orange Bird here is based on the meet and greet character with blue pants and brown shoes – the character is normally depicted without clothing and with flappy, cartoony feet. A shirt featuring this bygone meet and greet character was also released for the festival.

Orange Bird is one of Walt Disney World’s most recognizable original mascot characters from the resort’s early years. The character was created for the Florida Citrus Commission as part of its sponsorship of the Sunshine Pavilion in Adventureland, which included the Tropical Serenade attraction — now Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room — and Sunshine Tree Terrace. The bird made his first public appearance on March 3, 1971, before the October 1971 opening of Walt Disney World.
In more recent years, Orange Bird has grown to become more closely associated with EPCOT and specifically with EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival, given the festival’s themes and aesthetic centered around gardening and fresh produce.
We found this pin at Disney Traders located near the main entrance of EPCOT’s World Showcase.
This year’s Flower & Garden Festival offers plenty of other merchandise themed to the fan-favorite citrus bird.
