Private VIP Tours are now available as an add-on for Walt Disney Travel Company packages. The special pilot program for travel agents allows clients to reserve their tour date more than 60 days in advance.

Beginning today, April 7, travel advisors can book Walt Disney World Private VIP Tours as an add-on to Walt Disney Travel Company packages as part of a special pilot program. This means tours can be reserved more than 60 days in advance. Previously, they were only available 60 days ahead of time.
There is no word on when this pilot program will end.
