Key Lime-Blueberry Tart – $7.99
Key Lime and Blueberry Filling in a Graham Cracker Crust, topped with Chantilly Cream
Located at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe at Disneyland Park

Tart indeed.
This dessert packed a flavor punch. The crust was the typical Disney tart graham crust that, in our opinion, is a bit too dry but has a nice flavor. The filling was a layered berry compote, which was definitely fresh with a sour, natural blueberry. And then the key lime custard on top, which was also quite sour, along with the sweet custard creaminess.
The light chantilly cream and blueberry hidden Mickey on top was a nice touch, but was mostly aesthetic and didn’t add much flavor-wise. Overall, this was exactly what it said it was, every component was there, and it was good.
If you love Key lime or a tart fruit dessert, you would enjoy this. It’s on the sour side of the typical dessert line that would make this universally enjoyable, so beware of that. It is not a particularly special or a must-have for most people.
