A strawberry Minnie bundt cake with chocolate ears and a bow has arrived at Disneyland Park. We reviewed it to let you know if it is a must-get or a must-pass.
Strawberry Minnie Cake – $7.99
Strawberry Bundt Cake filled with Strawberry Jam and Fresh Strawberries, topped with Sweetened Condensed Milk Glaze, White Chocolate Mousse, a Minnie Bow, and Chocolate Ears
You can find it at Plaza Inn at Disneyland Park.

We were worried this would be way too sweet, but that wasn’t the case. This is definitely sweet but not cloying. The strawberry leans on the artificial side, but not in an unpleasant way.
The red cake is moist and has the perfect bundt-cake texture, though it does have a hint of that Disney Red 40 flavor. That said, it is not as bad as some desserts of the past. (Looking at you, Plaza Inn, Halloween 2025).
The topping seems to be a thicker sweet cream cheese drizzled on the cake, and a fluffier version piped on top. They are different consistencies but have the same flavor, mostly sweet cream with a hint of the more subtle cream cheese underneath. I enjoyed this and was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t super sweet or artificial. Kids would love this as it’s adorable, and adults, strawberry fan or not, could as well.
