Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck is a quick place to grab tacos while passing through Springfield at Universal Studios Florida. The Supreme Chicken Nachos have returned after a long hiatus.
Supreme Chicken Nachos – $14.99
Crispy Corn Tortillas, Topped with Chicken, Sour Cream, Jalapeno, Cheese Sauce, and Tomato Salsa
The chicken was fantastic! It was well seasoned and tasted like jerk seasoned chicken, thickly cut, and juicy. There was no dryness whatsoever.
We also appreciated that the chips were thick—not cheap, thin ones. And, the nacho cheese did not taste like plastic cheese. The tomato salsa was pretty spicy but still good.
However, there is cilantro which is not listed anywhere on the menu. So, be sure to let them know if you do not want cilantro.
This is a large portion, making it perfect to share with a group or enjoy as a meal. It’s also quite messy, so be sure you’re seated while eating it!

Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck
Brought to you by Bumblebee Man, the star of Channel Ocho’s variety show, this taco truck cooks up a variety of the best Mexican street food that Springfield’s ever tasted. Choose from Korean beef, carne asada, and chicken tacos, as well as Duff Beer, Buzz Cola, and Coca-Cola fountain drinks. It’s muy bueno to the last chomp.
