The scaffolding and scrim installed by Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Disney’s Hollywood Studios a few weeks ago has been removed.
No More Construction at Millennium Falcon
The scaffolding was near the back of the Millennium Falcon, next to the ride’s outdoor queue. There are no signs of construction now and we don’t see any obvious changes to the area. The scaffolding may have been used to reach the top of the Falcon or the awnings nearby for general maintenance.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run will debut a new Mandalorian mission overlay on both coasts on May 22, 2026, the same day The Mandalorian and Grogu will be released in theaters.
