Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny, plus fan favorites and rare characters from Fantasia, Alice in Wonderland, and other Disney classics, arrived for an Easter-weekend-only preshow before the daily Festival of Fantasy parade.
2026 Easter Pre-Parade

As part of an annual tradition at the Magic Kingdom, a special Easter pre-parade makes its way down Main Street U.S.A., exclusive to Easter weekend.

The Easter pre-parade kicked off about 15 minutes prior to the 12:00 PM Festival of Fantasy showing. Two cast members carry a “Happy Easter” banner to start the processional, followed close behind by the dancing hippos and ostriches from Fantasia.

The prancing animals are followed by a small group of dancing caster members in festive Easter attire, and hot on their tails are the stars of the show, Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny, positioned in a decorative springtime gazebo float.

Alice and the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland follow behind the gazebo, joing by more costumed dancers dressed up as large bright flowers.

In a notable change, the parade closes on an ornate railed platform featuring a large “Happy Easter” banner on the sides. The steps of the platform host infrequently-seen characters like Clarabelle Cow, Clara Cluck, Marie the cat, and a variety of other rare critter characters, including Thumper, Miss Bunny, and Clarice.

This platform differs from the usual closing float seen in prior years: a tall red barn with Clara Cluck perched at its highest window. You can compare against our POV coverage of the 2025 parade on YouTube.
