After making its premiere at the Slamdance Film Festival last year, the Stolen Kingdom documentary about crimes at Walt Disney World has released an official trailer. The primary highlight is the theft of Buzzy the animatronic from EPCOT.

In the latest trailer, we see that there is a combination of archival videos, on-camera interviews, and a deep dive into the world of theme park urban exploring. These explorers are often connected to visiting closed or prohibited areas of theme parks. But the film also delves into how items, like animatronics, go missing.
The animatronic in question is Buzzy, who famously went missing from the abandoned Cranium Command attraction in EPCOT in 2018. Soon after, former Cast Member Patrick Spikes was arrested for stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of Disney property, including Haunted Mansion clothing. It was also discovered that NBA player Robin Lopez had purchased Buzzy’s clothing from Spikes, but Buzzy himself never turned up.
The film is directed by Joshua Bailey and produced by Jake Williams, Slater Wayne, and Brandon Pickering. Bailey and Matthew Serrano wrote the screenplay. The runtime is 83 minutes.
