We now know when Soarin’ Over California at Disneyland Resort will close for the installation of Soarin’ Across America.
Soarin’ Over California Closing Date
The Soarin’ Over California webpage now states, “Glide above the Golden State’s natural and man-made wonders—February 6 through June 30, 2026.”
June 30 will be the last day to experience the California version before Soarin’ Across America is introduced on July 2, just in time for Independence Day.
Soarin’ Over California returned in February for the 25th anniversary of Disney California Adventure. Usually, Soarin’ Around the World plays.
Soarin’ Across America celebrates the country’s 250th birthday with views from sea to shining sea. It will be temporary, although Disney hasn’t announced know how long it will run.
Soarin’ Across America officially opens at EPCOT on May 26 but we already experienced it during previews. The Disney California Adventure version will most likely be exactly the same except for the finale, which will be set at Disneyland instead of EPCOT.
