RE/MAX agent Jordan Cohen posted on Instagram that the Westlake Village property sold for $13 million four months after going on the market.

The 10,000 square foot home was built in 2013 and sits on six acres. The main house has four bedrooms while a guest house has two. It includes a custom mosaic tiled pool and spa, outdoor living room and kitchen, a waterfall and koi pond, a five-car garage, library, gym, and movie theater.

According to TMZ’s sources, the buyer is not famous.

Chapek bought the home for $12.5 million in 2021, during his short tenure as CEO. The Disney board of directors fired him in November 2022 and rehired Bob Iger. Chapek’s severance payments were valued at over $20 million.
