The Edge tween club on the Disney Magic was redesigned during the ship’s recent dry dock before setting off on its first Alaska sailings.
Edge Refurbishment
Crew member Todd Berkich shared photos and a video of the updated space on Instagram. There’s a new colorful light-up mural of Mickey and Minnie across one wall. The furniture consists of blue, red, and yellow upholstery.

Screens are on blue walls with built-in shelves to display artifacts, and giant letters spelling out “Hiya pal,” “Yoo hoo,” “Mickey,” and “Minnie.” The black and white geometric flooring contrasts the colorful walls.
Tables have a retro design with painted chess/checker boards. A circular whiteboard is on one wall.

The space used to be themed to an old boiler room, as pictured above. It had fake portholes, metal furniture, and nautical props.
The new theming is more in line with the design of Edge on newer ships.
Edge is a private space for kids ages 11 to 14. It’s located on Deck 9, Midship on the Magic and hosts activities like arts and crafts, video gaming, and dance parties.
