Several Disney Hotels at Disneyland Paris are currently wrapped in construction equipment, tarps, and scaffolding, as maintenance crews perform updates throughout the resort.
Touch-Ups Coming to Disney Hotels at Disneyland Paris

Guests may notice construction, maintenance, and refurbishment work underway across several properties, including Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, and Disney Hotel Cheyenne.
Instagram user DLP Works shared a new look at several active projects around the resort hotels, showing exterior maintenance crews, roof cleaning, scaffolding, and protected walkways.
Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel Facade Work

At Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, it wasn’t Spider-Man, but a specialized rope-access team was spotted working high on the side of the hotel.
The photos show workers suspended along the exterior facade near a vertical glass section of the building. Some areas of the wall appear to have patching or fresh paint in progress, suggesting targeted repainting or facade repair work rather than a full exterior overhaul.
The hotel’s modern gray and tan exterior panels are visible around the work zone, with crews positioned several stories above ground. The maintenance appears to be focused on a specific corner or vertical section of the facade for now.
Disney Newport Bay Club Roof Cleaning

Over at Disney Newport Bay Club, roof maintenance is continuing across the large nautical-themed hotel.
In the aerial photos, the light blue roofs show a clear contrast between cleaned and uncleaned sections. Some sections (center image) appear noticeably brighter, while others still have darker discoloration from regular weathering.
DLP Works noted that this roof-cleaning project has been ongoing, with previous reporting dating back to August 30, 2025.

A lift is visible near one section of the hotel, positioned close to the sloped roofline. The work appears to be part of routine exterior upkeep for the sprawling lakeside resort.
The hotel’s signature New England-style architecture, dormer windows, cupolas, and pale yellow facade remain visible and uncovered around the work areas.
Disney Sequoia Lodge Refurbishment Continues

The most substantial work appears to be continuing at Disney Sequoia Lodge, where the resort’s ongoing major refurbishment is moving through the annex lodge areas.
From above, a crane and construction staging can be seen near the wooded grounds of the resort. The site includes fencing, equipment, and work zones partially tucked behind the trees.

Closer ground-level photos show guest walkways protected with temporary barriers, wood fencing, red safety railings, and construction screening. Some pathways appear partially resurfaced or opened up, while guest circulation routes have been maintained through covered or protected access areas.
Disney Hotel Cheyenne Awning Repairs

At Disney Hotel Cheyenne, work continues on the wooden awning area near the themed storefront facades.
The photos show a large section of the building covered by black tarps and temporary wood fencing. Signage remains visible above the construction covering, while the work area below is mostly shielded from guest view.

A view from inside the covered walkway shows the tarps lining one side of the corridor, with temporary barricades and fencing guiding guests through the area. The rustic Western-style wood beams and hanging lanterns remain visible overhead.
The latest photos show that Disneyland Paris is continuing to address both cosmetic and structural maintenance across several resort hotels at once. While some of the work appears routine, such as roof cleaning and facade touch-ups, other projects — especially at Disney Sequoia Lodge — are part of more intensive refurbishment efforts.
Elsewhere within the park-proper bounds of Disneyland Paris, refurbishment work is underway on and around the park’s Sleeping Beauty Castle.
