The Avengers Campus expansion project is steadily preparing for a new phase as more work vehicles show up on-site, and construction of the restrooms shows visible progress.

Avengers Campus Construction

The first thing we noticed, as we looked over the long blue wall that currently runs along the back of Avengers Campus, was new scaffolding around the restroom. The building itself on this side is still rough concrete, with little theming perceptible, except for its shape.

Meanwhile, on the Cars Land side, the scrim that covered the bathroom structure has been removed.

Moving along, we immediately clocked the presence of more construction equipment.

We counted four visible boom lifts under the white steel canopy frame, up from the one yellow vehicle (seen at left).

Stretching to look up, we could see even more construction vehicles parked under the frame.

From Cars Land by Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters, we spotted more new scaffolding in place under a steel frame.

Unless there are plans to obstruct the sightline with more trees or fencing, the Avengers Campus expansion will be visible from around the buttes of Radiator Springs.

Once these white frames are fully installed, roofing will be added.

The expansion to Avengers Campus includes two new rides, Avengers Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab. The former will see heroes jumping through the multiverse to battle King Thanos, while Stark Flight Lab stars Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, leading guests through a test of new tech.
