Special displays have been set up for Kids Pin Trading at Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. There are designated boards for kids, while adults are also allowed to trade on their own designated board.

Kids Pin Trading

Following Disneyland’s designated pin trading spot for kids, Disney World also has its own just in time for Cool Kids’ Summer.

First, we stopped by Magic Kingdom. The display is set up outside Frontier Trading Post in Frontierland. Two cast members each hold a board. The red is designated for kids 12 and under, while the black board is for all ages.

During our visit to Animal Kingdom, there is a similar set up inside Riverside Depot. It’s inside and set up on a table with a black cloth. The black pin trading board designated for all ages is much larger than the red child’s board.

There was a similar set up on a podium inside Celebrity 5 & 10 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: a big board for adults and a small red board for kids.

We are unsure how strict Disney will be with not allowing adult guests to pin trade on the designated kids board.

There is a lot to look forward to this summer with the arrival of Cool Kids’ Summer. At Magic Kingdom, guests can enjoy Jessie’s Roundup, the first show at Diamond Horseshoe in 20 years. Kids can dance and play with Goofy at Goofycore in EPCOT.

Hollywood Studios just opened the new Animation Courtyard with the Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! show. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets just opened as well. And Animal Kingdom’s Conservation Station just reopened with several new Bluey offerings.
