A quiet new corner for Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ youngest guests has opened with a distinctly animated touch.

A new Baby Care Center has opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, giving families with infants and toddlers a refreshed space to feed, nurse, change, and take a break during a day in the park.

The new center opened as part of the reimagined Walt Disney Studios courtyard, the refreshed version of Animation Courtyard inspired by the Walt Disney Studios Lot in Burbank.

Baby Care Centers are located in all four Walt Disney World theme parks and are complimentary for guests during regular park hours. Amenities include a nursing room with chairs, changing rooms with tables, restrooms, a feeding area with high chairs, family seating and television with animated entertainment, and a basic kitchenette.

The centers also sell select infant essentials, including baby food, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, clothing, formula, and over-the-counter medications, subject to availability.

At Hollywood Studios’ new Baby Care Center, now open as part of the updated Walt Disney Studios area, a large decorative wall display welcomes guests with artwork of young Disney characters. The central text reads:

Welcome. Please enjoy our STUDIO, our artists are away, the BABIES should be napping, but they just want to PLAY! They’re crawling out of their frames to have a bit of FUN, excited to say HELLO to YOUR precious little one!

Michael Darling, a young Pegasus, the Darling family’s St. Bernard, Nana, an infant Hercules, and toddler-aged Tiana and Charlotte “Lottie” La Bouff all appear around the wall text and are positioned in a series of frames as if emerging from their respective animated settings.

The new Care Center at Hollywood Studios retains the warm, mid-century aesthetic seen throughout the new park area.

The small seating area has child-sized chairs and tables near a large TV built into a mint green frame.

Nearby, bins of themed plush sit at the ready to be swapped out when a new movie starts, allowing children to play with toys from the movie they are enjoying.

The floor is a dark wood tone, while the furniture and decor keep the room bright and soft. The overall space feels more like a family lounge than a basic utility room, with pastel greens, natural wood, and warm lighting.

The “Nursing Room” door signs are set into a rounded, layered wood frame, while the surrounding wall is a very soft mint green, giving the area a calm, nursery-like color.

Artwork on the wall comes from Sleeping Beauty.

The room has five stations that are separated by walls and curtains for more privacy.

Each room has a chair and outlet.

Illuminated artwork from classic Disney films are on the mint-colored walls. There is warm wood paneling on the lower half.

Aside from the nursing rooms, there is another room with several changing tables. The trash can is in the center.

Each station has paper for sanitary purposes, as well framed artwork and decals. There is also a sink area.

A companion restroom can also be found nearby.

Back in the main space, there is a kitchenette area for preparing foods.

It comes with two microwaves, a water station with cold and warm water, two bottle warmers, paper plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Guests can wash and dry their supplies.

The center also includes a small retail and service area with a metal countertop, shelves, and storage drawers. Items available to guests for use or purchase include Mickey and Minnie plushes, Disney-branded baby bodysuits, boxed care essentials, and packaged baby-care products.

A point-of-sale terminal is visible in the center area, along with binders, a phone, a receipt printer, and a small refrigerated case stocked with bottled drinks. The checkout setup suggests Cast Members can quickly and flexibly assist guests with purchases or questions as they utilize the center’s services.

Another cabinet is filled with children’s activity supplies, including colored pencils, chalk, scissors, paper, craft materials, and small containers of colorful supplies. The materials are stored behind glass-front cabinet doors, reinforcing the animation studio theme. The art supplies themselves also fit the setting of the new Walt Disney Studios area.

Disney notes that personal item storage is not available inside Baby Care Centers and that strollers should be parked in designated areas outside due to space constraints.

The new Baby Care Center adds a family-focused amenity to Disney’s Hollywood Studios as the former Animation Courtyard continues its transformation into The Walt Disney Studios. The space combines practical needs for parents with animated details for young guests, keeping the space thematically connected to the surrounding area. It’s a huge upgrade!
