REVIEW: Pink Milk & Blue Cake for ‘Star Wars’ May the 4th at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Pink Milk has arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for May the 4th, as well as Kerkoiden Blue Cake. All three items are available at the Milk Stand in Galaxy’s Edge. Check out our review!

Pink Milk – $9.79

Plant-based rice milk blend with sweet and fruity characteristics (Non-alcoholic) (New)

Pink Milk at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

This is definitely the best milk offering the Milk Stand has ever had. As someone who would rate the green and blue milk a three out of seven this is definitely a step up. This is like a strawberry banana smoothie but watered down. We couldn’t taste the coconut oil that’s usually in the green and blue milk. It’s very refreshing and not super sweet. We would totally come back for it.

Pink Milk Cooler – $18

Plant-based rice milk blend with sweet and fruity characteristics and Bacardi Superior Rum (New)

Pink Milk with Rum at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

The alcohol takes the regular pink milk to the next level. The rum is subtle, and it blends very well with the strawberry banana flavor. We recommend getting the one with the rum if you’re trying to decide between the two pink milk offerings.

Kerkoiden Blue Cake – $5.29

Spiced vanilla shortbread cookie with ginger cream cheese icing (New)

Kerkoiden Blue Cake at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge

This is definitely a solid offering. It’s almost a hybrid between a cake and a cookie. It’s not as soft as a cake, but it’s definitely more dense than we would expect in a cake.

We could taste some almond paste in the cake, and the icing on top is a buttermilk frosting. The cake flavor is not too sweet.
