The three new cocktails are the Tuscan Olive Oil Martini, Clarified Bee’s Knees, and Pink Peppercorn Clover Club.

The Jamón Ibérico Croquetas replaces Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau while the Truffled Ahi Tuna and Cannellini Hummus were updated.
Cocktails
Tuscan Olive Oil Martini – $26
VUSA African Vodka, Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry, Olive Oil, Tomato, Parmesan Crisp

The parmesan crisp has an elevated olive oil paste on top. The cast member told us to take the tomato that had been soaking in the drink and eat it on the crisp, which tasted like an artisanal pizza.

As for the drink itself, it tastes like olive oil with a little bit of vermouth. It’s a delicious savory cocktail. It’s much better than the Caramelized Leek Martini, which it replaced and we gave a 1 in our original review. This is one of the best, if not the best, cocktails on the menu.

Clarified Bee’s Knees – $25
Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin, Honey, Lemon, Thyme

We loved this. It feels a bit like a bourbon drink. The honey and lemon bring out a pleasant sweetness. It’s perfectly balanced. It’s strong but still easy drinking.
This replaced the Strawberry – Black Pepper Sour, which we rated a 4.

Pink Peppercorn Clover Club – $25
Fords Gin, Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry, Raspberry, Pink Peppercorn, Lemon

This was polarizing for us. It’s a sweet, smooth gin drink that doesn’t taste like gin. It will appeal to a lot of people but isn’t remarkable.

Small Bites
Jamón Ibérico Croquetas – $22
Tomato Gazpacho, Sea Salt, Sorrel Leaves

Following in the tradition of Jaleo at Disney Springs, these croquetas are served on a dish that looks like a pillow. There are only four but they’re hefty and filling. They came across like a delicious loaded baked potato. The ham was salty and nicely cured, creating a pleasant combination.

They’re crispy on the outside but soft and hot on the inside. They go great with the cocktails. $22 is a bit steep for how much you get but they’re great, so we’re only docking one point for value.

Jamón Ibérico is also included on the Charcuterie Board.
Truffled Ahi Tuna – $21
Barrel-aged Japanese Whisky-Soy-Truffle Ponzu, Nori, Sushi Rice, Daikon, Black Sesame Seeds

Truffled Ahi Tuna has been on the GEO-82 menu since opening but it has an updated description. The dish was previously Japanese Whisky Barrel-aged Soy-Truffle Ponzu, Citrus, Scallion, Tobiko, and Black Sesame Seeds and cost $23. The new version is $2 cheaper with nori, sushi rice, and daikon instead of citrus, scallion, and tobiko.
It’s different but the same middle of the road quality (we rated it a 4 in our original review, too). The ingredients taste fresh. The consistency is just okay. There are better sushi dishes on property, including in the Japan pavilion at this same park.

Cannellini Hummus – $14
Pumpkin Seed Pistou, Radish, Preserved Lemon, Fresno Peppers, Lavash (Plant-based)

The hummus itself is the same but lavash bread has replaced the pappadam. Though we liked the pappadam flavor more, it was too delicate. The lavash is better for scooping up the hummus, which is creamy and tasty. The bread improvement bumps this up from a 5.
