Walt Disney World has launched a webpage for Six Ravens, the new savory venue by Gideon’s Bakehouse opening at Disney Springs this summer.

The webpage does not yet have a full menu with prices but does reveal Six Ravens will offer dessert tarts as well as savory dishes.
As previously announced, the location’s signature offering will be “Coffyns” — hand pies with flavorful sandwich ingredients encased on house-made yeast rolls. The potato side dishes will be served with dips like sweet heat and honey mustard.
For drinks, Six Ravens will serve root beer on tap and local beers.

Discover a celebration of savory at Six Ravens—a new culinary experience from the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse, the beloved local bake shop in Disney Springs.
A Mouthwatering Menu
Swing by Six Ravens to pick up craveable hand pies known as “Coffyns”—a tasty creation made in collaboration with some of Central Florida’s best chefs and restaurants. A Coffyn features flavorful sandwich ingredients, fully encased in a house-made yeast roll.
Choose from a variety of Coffyns—as well as potato-based sides served with delish dips, like sweet heat and honey mustard. Plus, indulge in delightful dessert tarts.
To quench your thirst, try the root beer on tap or a refreshing local beer.
A Flavorful Trip Back in Time
Six Ravens pays homage to medieval history and lore through its name and its signature dish:
- The name Six Ravens is a nod to the Tower of London—and a legend of the resident ravens who still guard the tower to this day!
- A beloved pastry in medieval Europe, the Coffyn remained popular through the English Tudor period (early 1600s).
