As of this writing, there has not been a replacement pass announced.

On July 26, 2023, Tokyo Disney Resort re-introduced free line skipping with their 40th Anniversary Priority Pass, a replacement for the retired FastPass service. Tokyo Disney Resort is the only Disney park in the world to offer free line skipping after the service ended at other parks during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Using the 40th Anniversary Priority Pass

Until then, guests can still utilize this free pass system by downloading the Tokyo Disney Resort App and logging in with their Disney account. Those without a smartphone can speak with a Cast Member at the attraction they want to visit.

Using the app, guests may select eligible experiences after they enter either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea. Priority Pass will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each park ticket can be used to obtain a Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Priority Pass for one person. Access to an experience will be permitted for one guest per 40th Anniversary Priority Pass. Guests 3 and under can access an attraction with someone who has a Priority Pass.

After obtaining a 40th Anniversary Priority Pass for an attraction, guests can obtain one for another experience 120 minutes later or after the start time of their first Priority Pass — whichever comes first. Guests can also get a second Priority Pass for an experience after using the first one, or after the designated time to use the first one has passed.

Guests cannot select the time to access the attraction. This will be chosen for them. After making a selection, guests can enter the chosen attraction using the Priority Access Entrance at the specified time and enjoy a shorter wait time.
