Waterview Park at Disney Springs Now Closed for Roof Installation Over Stage and Guest Seating

After a heads-up earlier this month that the Waterview Park entertainment area in Disney Springs would be receiving a roof, the area is now closed to both performers and guests for the reported refurbishment.

Waterview Park at Disney Springs Closed for Refurbishment

Waterview Park at Disney Springs is located between Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar and The Boathouse in The Landing and features an intimate open-air performance spot and guest seating. Mint-colored construction walls now surround the entire area.

Rolling planter barricades are also in place along all the fencing and on the stage to block guests’ view of the construction work.

Looking over and around the bush barricades, we could see a small forklift parked in front of the stage.

During this construction period, performers can be found in Riverboat Square, in front of Paddlefish. The refurbishment is expected to last about a month.
