Crews have installed a new tent roof on Big Top Souvenirs in Magic Kingdom and are getting Pete’s Silly Sideshow ready for an imminent reopening.
Storybook Circus Refurbishment

Big Top Souvenirs closed in late February for refurbishment. The tent exterior had been fully removed by mid March. The new tent roof is fresh shades of bright blue.

The tent has not been pulled taut and secured on its supports yet. This will probably happen over the course of the next few weeks.

After Pete’s Silly Sideshow got a new tent roof back in April, scrim and scaffolding came down from the meet and greet venue this week. Now banners have been installed to the sides of the main sign. Crew members were working on the wait time signs visible just behind construction walls.

The Pete flat is also moving again, lifting and lowering his hat. This seems like a good sign that the tent will reopen soon.
Until then, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy are meeting outside in Storybook Circus.
