It looks like Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort at Walt Disney World will soon undergo a roof refurbishment. This week, Disney filed two Notices of Commencement for construction at the resort.
Caribbean Beach Resort Refurbishment

The permits are for two Caribbean Beach Resort buildings on Sea Breeze Drive. Though their descriptions just say “General Construction,” they both contract McEnany Roofing of Tampa, FL.
They expire in one year and were filed by Disney’s Facility Asset Management team, which usually handles maintenance.
Disney hasn’t announced refurbishment work for Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort except for the annual Disney Skyliner closure. We expect more information about roof work soon.
