Construction nears completion on the new Canadian-themed eatery coming to EPCOT next month.
La Poutinerie Construction Update

During our visit to EPCOT, we took a look at the construction progress on La Poutinerie, formerly known as Refreshment Port. Green rolling hedges still obscure much of the building from view.

The chimney that was being worked on last week appears to be finished, with the gray stonework facade now visible on all sides, matching the building’s supporting columns.

The biggest changes occurred at the windows where guests will walk up to order food from. A red maple leaf logo has been added to the wood slats near the window, and a display featuring goose figures has been installed in front of it. The flock of geese is barely visible above the hedges blocking the building.
La Poutinerie

La Poutinerie, hosted by Air Canada, opens on July 1 at the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT. Guests can enjoy poutine and assorted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The dining spot replaces Refreshment Port, which already sold poutine. Concept art shows new signage, information boards, and geese figures flying out of a tree.
The description from Air Canada reads, “A taste of Canada at EPCOT. La Poutinerie, hosted by Air Canada brings a Canadian classic with a twist.”
